Amend Bill, page 1, line 9, by striking out "and for online
raffle sales"
Amend Bill, page 2, line 1, by striking out "playing of games
of chance." and inserting
purchase of a raffle ticket, provided that the
organization:
(i) employs a method to verify that the individual
who buys a raffle ticket is at least 18 years of age. The
organization may not accept payment from an individual
under 18 years of age; and
(ii) does not violate the provisions of 31 U.S.C.
Ch. 53 Subch. IV (relating to prohibition on funding of
unlawful Internet gambling).

"service"
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 8 and 9; page 3, lines 10 through
5; by striking out ", such as" in line 8, all of line 9 on page
