Subject: Kindness Week
 
World Kindness Day is November 13, 2023. I would like to make sure that we are promoting kindness in all that we do.   I will be introducing a resolution to designate November 12-18, 2023 as Kindness Week in Pennsylvania. 
 
I think this is a good way to promote paying it forward and deepening our relationship with others through showing outward examples of kindness. By having it for a week and not just a day, it will help ingrain more of a lifestyle and not a fleeting act on one day to show kindness and compassion toward our fellow man.
