Subject: Osceola Mills WWII Memorial Bridge Designation
 
In the near future, I will be designating a bridge, identified as Bridge Key 9755, carrying State Route 3027 over the Moshannon Creek in Rush Township, Centre County, as Memorial Bridge.

World War II was a pivotal moment in our history, one that demanded unwavering dedication and sacrifice from millions of Americans. During this time, 35 brave men and women of Osceola Mills served bravely in this conflict and gave their lives for our country.

I would like to forever memorialize these 35 courageous men and women by dedicating the above referenced bridge as Memorial Bridge.

Please join me in honoring and remembering their valiant service and ultimate sacrifice.
